What’s the Cancellation Policy?

Any in-person appointment cancelled without 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the session. Any virtual appointment cancelled without 12-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the session. Virtual Group Class may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
